Award winning family run company operating for over 30 years in Dublin passenger transport & tourism.

Starting as a small one man operation, Dualway has expanded slowly over three decades into a family run transport and sightseeing operation which has been guided by the motto "We care how you get there by going the extra mile".

Dualway started business as a private coach hire company in 1978 expanding into Dublin sightseeing tours in 1994. In 2000 Dualway became a founding member of City Sightseeing, the now global sightseeing brand. By 2002 Dualway purchased one of its main competitors, Guide Friday Ireland Ltd/ Gray Line.

In 2004, Dualway became the first transport/sightseeing operator to participate in Failte Ireland's Service Excellence Programme (Optimus) traditionally a hospitality excellence programme. Since 2004 Dualway has received four Service Excellence Awards from Failte Ireland, recognising its ongoing commitment to customer service excellence. In 2007 The Group was recognised for innovation when it was awarded the Dublin Tourism Business Award in the Tourism/Transport sector for being the first operator to introduce a multilingual tour to Dublin.

In July 2010 and subsequently in 2011 The Dualway Group became the first transport operator to receive the Optimus Business Excellence award that is linked the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management).
